①To apply the provisions on working hours, hours worked are aggregated, even if the hours worked were at different workplaces.

②For belowground labor, working hours are deemed to be from the time of entry into the mouth of the mine until exit from the mouth of the mine, including break periods; provided, however, that in such a case, the provisions of Article 34, paragraphs (2) and (3) regarding breaks do not apply.
