Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the date on which the Act on Securing the Proper Operation of Worker Dispatching Businesses and Improving Working Conditions, Etc. for Dispatched Workers (Act No. 88 of 1985) comes into effect.
この法律は、労働者派遣事業の適正な運営の確保及び派遣労働者の就業条件の整備等に関する法律（昭和六十年法律第八十八号）の施行の日から施行する。
