Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 2007.
この法律は、平成十九年四月一日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 4Transitional Measures Concerning Penal Provisions
第四条（罰則に関する経過措置）
With regard to the application of penal provisions to conduct engaged in before this Act comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この法律の施行前にした行為に対する罰則の適用については、なお従前の例による。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 5Review
第五条（検討）
If five years have elapsed since this Act came into effect, the government is to take into consideration the status of enforcement of the new Act and of the provisions of Article 64-2 of the Labor Standards Act as amended by the provisions of Article 2, and, when it finds it necessary, is to review those provisions and take the necessary measures based on the results of that review.
政府は、この法律の施行後五年を経過した場合において、新法及び第二条の規定による改正後の労働基準法第六十四条の二の規定の施行の状況を勘案し、必要があると認めるときは、これらの規定について検討を加え、その結果に基づいて必要な措置を講ずるものとする。
