附 則
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on October 1, 2001; provided, however, that the provisions of Articles 1 and 6, the provisions of the following Article (excluding the second sentence of paragraph (2)) and of Article 6 of the Supplementary Provisions, the provisions of Article 11 of the Supplementary Provisions (excluding the provisions amending item (xx)-13 of Appended Table 1 of the Certified Social Insurance and Labor Consultant Act (Act No. 89 of 1968)), and the provisions of Article 12 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect on June 30 of the same year.
この法律は、平成十三年十月一日から施行する。ただし、第一条及び第六条の規定並びに次条（第二項後段を除く。）及び附則第六条の規定、附則第十一条の規定（社会保険労務士法（昭和四十三年法律第八十九号）別表第一第二十号の十三の改正規定を除く。）並びに附則第十二条の規定は、同年六月三十日から施行する。

第五条（政令への委任）
Beyond what is provided for in these Supplementary Provisions, the transitional measures necessary for the enforcement of this Act are specified by Cabinet Order.
この附則に定めるもののほか、この法律の施行に関して必要な経過措置は、政令で定める。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 6Transitional Measures Concerning Penal Provisions
第六条（罰則に関する経過措置）
With regard to the application of penal provisions to conduct engaged in before this Act (or, for the provisions prescribed in the proviso to Article 1 of the Supplementary Provisions, those provisions; the same applies hereinafter) comes into effect and to conduct engaged in after this Act comes into effect in the case where the provisions then in force are to remain applicable pursuant to the provisions of Article 2, paragraph (3) and Article 4, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この法律（附則第一条ただし書に規定する規定については、当該規定。以下同じ。）の施行前にした行為並びに附則第二条第三項及び第四条第一項の規定によりなお従前の例によることとされる場合におけるこの法律の施行後にした行為に対する罰則の適用については、なお従前の例による。
