第二条（経過措置）
With regard to the calculation of the premium rate for each prefecture (meaning the premium rate for each prefecture prescribed in Article 160, paragraph (2) of the Health Insurance Act; the same applies in the following Article) to be used on or before February 2020, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
平成三十二年二月以前に用いられる都道府県単位保険料率（健康保険法第百六十条第二項に規定する都道府県単位保険料率をいう。次条において同じ。）の算定については、なお従前の例による。

「都道府県単位保険料率」
The premium rate for each prefecture as defined in Article 160, paragraph (2) of the Health Insurance Act: the general premium rate (一般保険料率), between 3% and 13%, that the Japan Health Insurance Association (全国健康保険協会) decides separately for the insured persons of each prefectural branch (支部被保険者), and that applies to them.
