第二十九条
With regard to the payment of dependent's medical expenses and dependent's medical expenses for home-nursing under the provisions of the Health Insurance Act (Act No. 70 of 1922) for medical care received before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
施行日前に行われた療養に係る健康保険法（大正十一年法律第七十号）の規定による家族療養費及び家族訪問看護療養費の支給については、なお従前の例による。
