Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Order for Enforcement of the Health Insurance Act
第二条（健康保険法施行令の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
A person who, at the time of enforcement of this Cabinet Order, is applying for approval of a change under Article 54 of the Order for Enforcement of the Health Insurance Act before the amendment by the provisions of Article 1 (including the case where it applies mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 73-9 of that Order) (limited to an application relating to matters specified by Ministry of Health and Welfare Order under the proviso to Article 54, paragraph (1) of that Order as amended by the provisions of Article 1 (including the case where it applies mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 73-9 of that Order)) is deemed to be a person who has made a notification under Article 54, paragraph (2) of the Order for Enforcement of the Health Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 (including the case where it applies mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 73-9 of that Order).
この政令の施行の際現に第一条の規定による改正前の健康保険法施行令第五十四条（同令第七十三条ノ九において準用する場合を含む。）の規定による変更の認可（第一条の規定による改正後の同令第五十四条第一項ただし書（同令第七十三条ノ九において準用する場合を含む。）の厚生省令で定める事項に係るものに限る。）の申請を行っている者は、第一条の規定による改正後の健康保険法施行令第五十四条第二項（同令第七十三条ノ九において準用する場合を含む。）の規定による届出を行った者とみなす。
