第二条（健康保険法施行令の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to the payment of high-cost medical expenses under the provisions of the Health Insurance Act (Act No. 70 of 1922) for medical care received before the day of enforcement of this Cabinet Order (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date"), the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この政令の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）前に行われた療養に係る健康保険法（大正十一年法律第七十号）の規定による高額療養費の支給については、なお従前の例による。
