第三条
In the application of the provisions of the Cabinet Orders listed in the items of Article 1 as amended by the provisions of Article 1, or of the provisions of Article 29-2, paragraphs (1) and (2) of the Order for Enforcement of the National Health Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 2 (including the case where the provisions of Article 11-3-3, paragraphs (1) and (2) of the Order for Enforcement of the National Public Officers Mutual Aid Association Act apply mutatis mutandis in Article 10-5 of the Order for Enforcement of the Private School Personnel Mutual Aid Association Act), to the payment of family high-cost medical expenses under the provisions of the Health Insurance Act, the Mariners Insurance Act, the National Public Officers Mutual Aid Association Act, the Public Corporation Employees, etc. Mutual Aid Association Act, the Local Public Officers, etc. Mutual Aid Association Act or the Private School Personnel Mutual Aid Association Act, or of high-cost medical expenses under the provisions of the National Health Insurance Act, for medical care received during the period from September 1, 1982 through December 31 of that year by a person other than a person prescribed in paragraph (1) of the preceding Article, the phrase "51,000 yen" in those provisions is deemed to be replaced with "45,000 yen".
昭和五十七年九月一日から同年十二月三十一日までの間において前条第一項に規定する者以外の者が受ける療養に係る健康保険法、船員保険法、国家公務員共済組合法、公共企業体職員等共済組合法、地方公務員等共済組合法若しくは私立学校教職員共済組合法の規定による家族高額療養費又は国民健康保険法の規定による高額療養費の支給についての第一条の規定による改正後の同条各号に掲げる政令の規定又は第二条の規定による改正後の国民健康保険法施行令第二十九条の二第一項及び第二項の規定の適用（私立学校教職員共済組合法施行令第十条の五において国家公務員共済組合法施行令第十一条の三の三第一項及び第二項の規定を準用する場合を含む。）については、これらの規定中「五万千円」とあるのは、「四万五千円」とする。
