The provisions of Article 66, paragraph (1) of the amended Employment Insurance Act apply to the amount to be borne by the national treasury for fiscal year 2020 and subsequent fiscal years. In this case, childcare leave benefits paid on or after the effective date to a person who began the leave prescribed in Article 61-4, paragraph (1) of the pre-amendment Employment Insurance Act before the effective date, with regard to whom the provisions then in force continue to govern pursuant to the provisions of the preceding Article, are deemed to be childcare leave benefits under the provisions of Article 61-7, paragraph (1) of the amended Employment Insurance Act, and the provisions of Article 66, paragraph (1), item (iv) of the amended Employment Insurance Act apply to them.
