第七条
With regard to the application of the provisions of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance as amended by Article 7 in the case where the Government implements provisional employment welfare programs pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (1) of the preceding Article, the term "business" in Article 10, paragraph (1) of that Act is deemed to be replaced with "business and the provisional employment welfare programs prescribed in Article 6, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Employment Insurance Act, etc. (Act No. 30 of 2007)", and the phrase "costs required for" in Article 12, paragraph (8) of that Act with "costs required for, and the costs required for the provisional employment welfare programs under the provisions of Article 6, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Employment Insurance Act, etc.,".
前条第一項の規定により、政府が暫定雇用福祉事業を行う場合における第七条の規定による改正後の労働保険の保険料の徴収等に関する法律の規定の適用については、同法第十条第一項中「事業」とあるのは「事業及び雇用保険法等の一部を改正する法律（平成十九年法律第三十号）附則第六条第一項に規定する暫定雇用福祉事業」と、同法第十二条第八項中「に要する費用」とあるのは「に要する費用並びに雇用保険法等の一部を改正する法律附則第六条第一項の規定による暫定雇用福祉事業に要する費用」とする。
