第十二条（介護休業給付金に関する暫定措置）
With regard to the application of the provisions of Article 61-4, paragraph (4) to an insured person who has commenced caregiver leave, for the time being, the term "40 percent" in the same paragraph is deemed to be replaced with "67 percent".
介護休業を開始した被保険者に対する第六十一条の四第四項の規定の適用については、当分の間、同項中「百分の四十」とあるのは、「百分の六十七」とする。
