Article 64Procedures for Payment of Injury and Disease Allowance

①The injury and disease allowance may be paid, to a person who falls under Article 37, paragraph (1) of the Act and for whom the period of being unable to take up the relevant occupation has continued to exceed one month, on a day determined by the Chief of the competent Public Employment Security Office during that period.

②A person who intends to receive payment of the injury and disease allowance under the provisions of the preceding paragraph must notify the Chief of the competent Public Employment Security Office to that effect.
