Article 31-4Businesses Specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under Article 20-2 of the Act
第三十一条の四（法第二十条の二の厚生労働省令で定める事業）
The businesses specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under Article 20-2 of the Act are to be those that fall under any of the following items.
法第二十条の二の厚生労働省令で定める事業は、次の各号のいずれかに該当するものとする。
a business for which the day on which 30 days elapse, counting from the day on which the business was commenced or the day on which the person began to engage exclusively in the business, falls after the last day of the period specified in each item of Article 20, paragraph (1) of the Act in accordance with the classification of qualified recipients listed in those items;
a business in respect of which the qualified recipient carrying out the business has received the re-employment allowance prescribed in Article 82-5, paragraph (1);
その事業について当該事業を実施する受給資格者が第八十二条の五第一項に規定する再就職手当の支給を受けたもの
a business in respect of which the Chief of the competent Public Employment Security Office finds that the qualified recipient carrying out the business is unable to become self-supporting through that business.
