For the written notifications set out in the following items, an optical disc recording the matters that are to be stated in the written notification set out in the relevant item (including an object capable of reliably recording certain matters by a method equivalent thereto; hereinafter referred to as an "optical disc or similar medium") and a summary sheet in the form determined by the Director-General of the Employment Security Bureau may be submitted in place of the written notification set out in the relevant item.
次の各号に掲げる届書については、それぞれ当該各号に掲げる届書に記載すべきこととされている事項を記録した光ディスク（これに準ずる方法により一定の事項を確実に記録しておくことができる物を含む。以下「光ディスク等」という。）及び職業安定局長が定める様式による総括票をもつて、当該各号に掲げる届書に代えることができる。
Where, pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, an optical disc or similar medium and the summary sheet prescribed in that paragraph are submitted in place of the written notification set out in the items of that paragraph, that optical disc or similar medium and that summary sheet are deemed to be that written notification.
