第三条（政令への委任）
Beyond what is prescribed in the preceding Article, necessary transitional measures connected with the coming into effect of this Act are provided for by Cabinet Order.
前条に規定するもののほか、この法律の施行に関し必要な経過措置は、政令で定める。
