第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the date on which the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership takes effect for Japan (referred to as the "effective date" in item (iii)); provided, however, that the provisions set forth in each of the following items come into effect as of the day specified in the relevant item:
この法律は、環太平洋パートナーシップに関する包括的及び先進的な協定が日本国について効力を生ずる日（第三号において「発効日」という。）から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
