第六条
The provisions of Article 350-12 of the Code as Amended by Article 1 apply to a case in which the consent referred to in Article 350-2, paragraph (2) of the Code as Amended by Article 1 was given on or after the item (iii) Effective Date.
第一条による改正後の法第三百五十条の十二の規定は、第三号施行日以後に第一条による改正後の法第三百五十条の二第二項の同意があった事件について適用する。
