第十五条（調整規定）
If the item (iii) Effective Date falls on or after the date on which the Act Partially Amending the Penal Code, etc. comes into effect, the provisions of the preceding Article do not apply.
第三号施行日が刑法等の一部を改正する法律の施行の日以後となる場合には、前条の規定は、適用しない。
