第十二条（平成二十三年度における子ども手当の支給等に関する特別措置法により適用される旧児童手当法に関する経過措置）
In the case of applying the provisions of Article 20 of the Act on Special Measures Concerning the Payment of Children's Allowance, etc. in Fiscal 2011 to Children's Allowance for the months from October 2011 through March 2012, the provisions of the Former Child Allowance Act (including provisions of orders based on the provisions of the Former Child Allowance Act) remain in force.
平成二十三年十月から平成二十四年三月までの月分の子ども手当について平成二十三年度における子ども手当の支給等に関する特別措置法第二十条の規定を適用する場合においては、旧児童手当法の規定（旧児童手当法の規定に基づく命令の規定を含む。）は、なおその効力を有する。
