第十一条（平成二十二年度等における子ども手当の支給に関する法律により適用される旧児童手当法に関する経過措置）
In the case of applying the provisions of Article 20 of the Act on the Payment of Children's Allowance in Fiscal 2010, etc. (Act No. 19 of 2010) to Children's Allowance for the months from April 2010 through September 2011, the provisions of the Former Child Allowance Act (including provisions of orders based on the provisions of the Former Child Allowance Act) remain in force.
平成二十二年四月から平成二十三年九月までの月分の子ども手当について平成二十二年度等における子ども手当の支給に関する法律（平成二十二年法律第十九号）第二十条の規定を適用する場合においては、旧児童手当法の規定（旧児童手当法の規定に基づく命令の規定を含む。）は、なおその効力を有する。
