第一条（施行期日）
The provisions of this Act come into effect on the dates specified in the following items, according to the categories set forth in those items:

第七条（児童手当法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to the amount of child allowance for months up to and including September 1979, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
昭和五十四年九月以前の月分の児童手当の額については、なお従前の例による。
