Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 1994; provided, however, that the provisions amending Article 3, paragraph (1) come into effect on April 1, 1995.
この法律は、平成六年四月一日から施行する。ただし、第三条第一項の改正規定は、平成七年四月一日から施行する。

第二条（経過措置）
With regard to restrictions on payment of child allowance under Article 5, paragraph (1) of the Child Allowance Act (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 6, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act) and of the benefit under Article 6, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act (hereinafter referred to in this Article as "special benefit"), the provisions of Article 3, paragraph (1) of the Child Allowance Act after amendment by this Act (hereinafter referred to as the "New Act") apply to child allowance and special benefit for months from June 1995 onward, and for child allowance and special benefit for months up to and including May of that year, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
児童手当法第五条第一項（同法附則第六条第二項において準用する場合を含む。）の規定による児童手当及び同法附則第六条第一項の給付（以下この条において「特例給付」という。）の支給の制限については、この法律による改正後の児童手当法（以下「新法」という。）第三条第一項の規定は、平成七年六月以降の月分の児童手当及び特例給付について適用し、同年五月以前の月分の児童手当及び特例給付については、なお従前の例による。

第三条
For fiscal year 1994, the phrase "taking the project cost allocation equivalent rate of the fiscal year preceding the relevant fiscal year as the standard, and taking into account the project cost allocation equivalent rate in each of the five fiscal years up to and including that preceding fiscal year" in Article 21, paragraph (3) of the New Act is deemed to be replaced with "taking 0.2/1,000 as the standard".
平成六年度においては、新法第二十一条第三項中「当該年度の前年度の事業費充当額相当率を標準とし、当該前年度以前五年度の各年度における事業費充当額相当率を勘案して」とあるのは、「千分の〇・二を標準として」とする。
For fiscal year 1995, the phrase "taking the project cost allocation equivalent rate of the fiscal year preceding the relevant fiscal year as the standard, and taking into account the project cost allocation equivalent rate in each of the five fiscal years up to and including that preceding fiscal year" in Article 21, paragraph (3) of the New Act is deemed to be replaced with "taking the project cost allocation equivalent rate of fiscal year 1994 as the standard".
平成七年度においては、新法第二十一条第三項中「当該年度の前年度の事業費充当額相当率を標準とし、当該前年度以前五年度の各年度における事業費充当額相当率を勘案して」とあるのは、「平成六年度の事業費充当額相当率を標準として」とする。
For each fiscal year from fiscal year 1996 through fiscal year 1998, the phrase "the five fiscal years up to and including the fiscal year preceding the relevant fiscal year" in Article 21, paragraph (3) of the New Act is deemed to be replaced with "fiscal year 1994 and after".
平成八年度から平成十年度までの各年度においては、新法第二十一条第三項中「当該年度の前年度以前五年度」とあるのは、「平成六年度以降」とする。
