Article 53Voiding Proceedings for a Compulsory Auction Due to a Loss of Immovable Property
第五十三条（不動産の滅失等による強制競売の手続の取消し）
If it becomes clear that immovable property has been lost or that there are other circumstances hindering the transfer of immovable property, the enforcement court must cancel the proceedings for the compulsory auction.
不動産の滅失その他売却による不動産の移転を妨げる事情が明らかとなつたときは、執行裁判所は、強制競売の手続を取り消さなければならない。
