If a petition for a compulsory auction is withdrawn or if an order voiding the proceedings for a compulsory auction becomes effective, the court clerk must commission the deletion of the registration of a seizure subject to that commencement order.
強制競売の申立てが取り下げられたとき、又は強制競売の手続を取り消す決定が効力を生じたときは、裁判所書記官は、その開始決定に係る差押えの登記の抹消を嘱託しなければならない。
The registration and license tax and any other expenses required for a commission under the preceding paragraph are borne by the attaching obligee associated with that withdrawal or cancellation order.
前項の規定による嘱託に要する登録免許税その他の費用は、その取下げ又は取消決定に係る差押債権者の負担とする。
