Article 65-10Special Provisions on Notification of Transfer for Special Elderly Insured Persons
第六十五条の十(特例高年齢被保険者に対する転勤届の特例)
When a special elderly insured person has been transferred from one place of business of the employer by which the person is employed to another place of business, the person must, within 10 days counting from the day following the day on which that fact occurred, submit to the Chief of the competent Public Employment Security Office a written notification stating the name and location of the place of business after the transfer, the name of the insured person and other matters specified by the Director-General of the Employment Security Bureau, accompanied by a roster of workers or other documents that can prove the fact of the transfer and the date on which that fact occurred. In this case, the provisions of Article 13, paragraph (1) do not apply to the employer that employs that special elderly insured person.
Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, a special elderly insured person may, as specified by the Director-General of the Employment Security Bureau, omit attaching the documents prescribed in that paragraph.
When an employer is requested by a person who intends to make the notification under the provisions of paragraph (1) to give the certification necessary for making that notification, the employer must give the certification promptly.
