Article 48-5Adjustment of the Benefit Period Specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under Article 33, paragraph (5) of the Act

第四十八条の五（法第三十三条第五項の厚生労働省令で定める受給期間についての調整）

With regard to the application of Article 24, paragraphs (3) and (4), Article 24-2, paragraph (4), Article 25, paragraph (4), and Article 27, paragraph (3) of the Act to a qualified recipient who falls under Article 33, paragraph (3) of the Act and who receives the extended benefits prescribed in Article 28, paragraph (1) of the Act, the phrase "Article 20, paragraphs (1) and (2)" in Article 24, paragraph (3) of the Act is deemed to be replaced with "Article 33, paragraph (3)", and the phrase "these provisions" is deemed to be replaced with "that paragraph"; the phrase "Article 20, paragraphs (1) and (2)" in paragraph (4) of that Article is deemed to be replaced with "Article 33, paragraph (3)", the phrase "these provisions" is deemed to be replaced with "that paragraph", and the phrase "paragraphs (1) and (2) of the same Article" is deemed to be replaced with "paragraph (3) of the same Article"; and the phrase "Article 20, paragraphs (1) and (2)" in Article 24-2, paragraph (4), Article 25, paragraph (4) and Article 27, paragraph (3) of the Act is deemed to be replaced with "Article 33, paragraph (3)", and the phrase "these provisions" is deemed to be replaced with "that paragraph".

法第三十三条第三項の規定に該当する受給資格者であつて法第二十八条第一項に規定する延長給付を受けるものに関する法第二十四条第三項及び第四項、法第二十四条の二第四項、法第二十五条第四項並びに法第二十七条第三項の規定の適用については、法第二十四条第三項中「第二十条第一項及び第二項」とあるのは「第三十三条第三項」と、「これら」とあるのは「同項」と、同条第四項中「第二十条第一項及び第二項」とあるのは「第三十三条第三項」と、「これら」とあるのは「同項」と、「同条第一項及び第二項」とあるのは「同条第三項」と、法第二十四条の二第四項、法第二十五条第四項及び法第二十七条第三項中「第二十条第一項及び第二項」とあるのは「第三十三条第三項」と、「これら」とあるのは「同項」とする。

With regard to the application of Article 9, paragraphs (1) and (2) of the Order to a qualified recipient under the preceding paragraph, the phrase "Article 20, paragraphs (1) and (2) of the Act" in paragraph (1) of that Article is deemed to be replaced with "Article 33, paragraph (3) of the Act", and the phrase "paragraphs (1) and (2) of the same Article" is deemed to be replaced with "paragraph (3) of the same Article"; and the phrase "Article 20, paragraphs (1) and (2) of the Act" in paragraph (2) of that Article is deemed to be replaced with "Article 33, paragraph (3) of the Act".

前項の受給資格者に関する令第九条第一項及び第二項の規定の適用については、同条第一項中「法第二十条第一項及び第二項」とあるのは「法第三十三条第三項」と、「同条第一項及び第二項」とあるのは「同条第三項」と、同条第二項中「法第二十条第一項及び第二項」とあるのは「法第三十三条第三項」とする。
