Article 38-2Persons Specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under Article 24-2, Paragraph (1) of the Act
第三十八条の二（法第二十四条の二第一項の厚生労働省令で定める者）
The persons specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under Article 24-2, paragraph (1) of the Act are persons who have separated from service for the reason listed in Article 19-2, item (i).
法第二十四条の二第一項の厚生労働省令で定める者は、第十九条の二第一号に掲げる理由により離職した者とする。
