In recognizing unemployment, the Chief of the competent Public Employment Security Office is to confirm the details of the job-seeking activities stated in the written declaration for recognition of unemployment submitted under Article 22, paragraph (1).
If the Chief of the competent Public Employment Security Office finds it necessary in relation to the recognition under the preceding paragraph, the Chief may order a qualified recipient to submit a driver's license or other document by which the identity of a person seeking to receive payment of the basic allowance can be confirmed.
When confirming under paragraph (1), the Chief of the competent Public Employment Security Office is to provide employment placement or vocational guidance to the qualified recipient.
