Article 101-23Persons Specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under Article 61-7, Paragraph (1) of the Act
第百一条の二十三（法第六十一条の七第一項の厚生労働省令で定める者）
The persons specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under Article 61-7, paragraph (1) of the Act are workers who, because it is contrary to the will of the child's parent or other person prescribed in Article 27, paragraph (4) of the Child Welfare Act, cannot have the child placed with them as an adoptive foster parent prescribed in Article 6-4, item (ii) of that Act pursuant to that paragraph.
法第六十一条の七第一項の厚生労働省令で定める者は、児童の親その他の児童福祉法第二十七条第四項に規定する者の意に反するため、同項の規定により、同法第六条の四第二号に規定する養子縁組里親として当該児童を委託することができない労働者とする。
