Article 101-2-3Cases Specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under Article 60-2, Paragraph (1) of the Act
第百一条の二の三（法第六十条の二第一項の厚生労働省令で定める場合）
The cases specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under Article 60-2, paragraph (1) of the Act are cases where the person is taking the specialized practical educational training prescribed in Article 101-2-7, item (iv), and the status of attendance of that specialized practical educational training is found to be appropriate.
法第六十条の二第一項の厚生労働省令で定める場合は、第百一条の二の七第四号に規定する専門実践教育訓練を受けている場合であつて、当該専門実践教育訓練の受講状況が適切であると認められるときとする。
