Supplementary Provisions, Article 5Transitional Measures Concerning Payment of Educational Training Support Benefits
第五条（教育訓練支援給付金の支給に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 11-2, paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions of the new Employment Insurance Act apply to persons who commence the educational training prescribed in paragraph (1) of that Article on or after the effective date, and with regard to the educational training support benefits for persons who commenced the educational training prescribed in Article 11-2, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the former Employment Insurance Act before the effective date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
新雇用保険法附則第十一条の二第三項の規定は、施行日以後に同条第一項に規定する教育訓練を開始した者について適用し、施行日前に旧雇用保険法附則第十一条の二第一項に規定する教育訓練を開始した者に対する教育訓練支援給付金については、なお従前の例による。
