With regard to the educational training benefits for a person who falls under any of the items of Article 60-2, paragraph (1) of the Employment Insurance Act prior to the amendment by the provisions of Article 2 (referred to as the "Employment Insurance Act before the Article 2 amendment" in the following Article) and who began the educational training prescribed in that paragraph before the item (iv) effective date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
