第六条（移転費に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 58, paragraph (1) of the Employment Insurance Act after the Article 2 amendment for a person who has found employment through a referral by a specified local government prescribed in Article 4, paragraph (8) of the Employment Security Act as amended by the provisions of Article 4 (hereinafter referred to as the "Employment Security Act after the Article 4 amendment" in this Article and Article 10 and Article 14, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions) or by an employment placement business operator prescribed in Article 18-2 of the Employment Security Act after the Article 4 amendment apply in the case where the day on which that person found employment through that referral falls on or after the item (iv) effective date.
第四条の規定による改正後の職業安定法（以下この条並びに附則第十条及び第十四条第二項において「第四条改正後職業安定法」という。）第四条第八項に規定する特定地方公共団体又は第四条改正後職業安定法第十八条の二に規定する職業紹介事業者の紹介により職業に就いた者に対する第二条改正後雇用保険法第五十八条第一項の規定は、当該者が当該紹介により職業に就いた日が第四号施行日以後である場合について適用する。
