第三条（傷病手当の日額に関する経過措置）
The daily amount of the injury and disease allowance for former qualified recipients is, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 37, paragraph (3) of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by Article 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "new Employment Insurance Act"), the amount equivalent to the daily amount of the basic allowance under the provisions of the preceding Article.
