Supplementary Provisions, Article 4Transitional Measures Concerning Childcare Leave Benefits
第四条（育児休業給付金に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Articles 61-4 and 61-5 and Article 12 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by Article 2 apply to a person who commenced the leave prescribed in Article 61-4, paragraph (1) of that Act on or after the date on which the provisions listed in Article 1, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect, and with regard to a person who commenced the leave prescribed in Article 61-4, paragraph (1) of the Employment Insurance Act prior to the amendment by Article 2 before that date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
第二条の規定による改正後の雇用保険法第六十一条の四及び第六十一条の五並びに附則第十二条の規定は、附則第一条第二号に掲げる規定の施行の日以後に同法第六十一条の四第一項に規定する休業を開始した者について適用し、同日前に第二条の規定による改正前の雇用保険法第六十一条の四第一項に規定する休業を開始した者については、なお従前の例による。
