Supplementary Provisions, Article 5Transitional Measures Concerning Basic Childcare Leave Benefits under the Employment Insurance
第五条（雇用保険の育児休業基本給付金に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 61-4, paragraph (6) of the post-2007 Employment Insurance Act apply to a person who commenced the leave prescribed in Article 61-4, paragraph (1) of the post-2007 Employment Insurance Act on or after the date on which the provisions listed in Article 1, item (i)-2 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect, and with regard to a person who commenced the leave prescribed in that paragraph before that date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
平成十九年改正後雇用保険法第六十一条の四第六項の規定は、附則第一条第一号の二に掲げる規定の施行の日以後に平成十九年改正後雇用保険法第六十一条の四第一項に規定する休業を開始した者について適用し、同日前に同項に規定する休業を開始した者については、なお従前の例による。
