Supplementary Provisions, Article 11Transitional Measures Concerning the Amount of Return-to-Work Benefits for Persons on Childcare Leave under the Employment Insurance
第十一条（雇用保険の育児休業者職場復帰給付金の額に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 9 of the Supplementary Provisions of the post-2007 Employment Insurance Act apply to a person who has come to fall under the provisions of Article 61-5, paragraph (1) of the post-2007 Employment Insurance Act on or after the day before the date on which the provisions listed in Article 1, item (i)-2 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect, and with regard to a person who came to fall under the provisions of that paragraph before that day, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
平成十九年改正後雇用保険法附則第九条の規定は、附則第一条第一号の二に掲げる規定の施行の日の前日以後に、平成十九年改正後雇用保険法第六十一条の五第一項の規定に該当することとなった者について適用し、同日前に同項の規定に該当することとなった者については、なお従前の例による。
