第九条（雇用保険の国庫負担等に関する経過措置）
With regard to the amount to be borne by the national treasury for the employment insurance pertaining to fiscal years up to and including fiscal year 2000, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
平成十二年度以前の年度に係る雇用保険の国庫の負担額については、なお従前の例による。
With regard to the adjustment of any excess or shortfall of the national treasury contributions in the employment account of the Labor Insurance Special Account pertaining to fiscal years up to and including fiscal year 2000, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
平成十二年度以前の会計年度に係る労働保険特別会計雇用勘定における国庫負担金の過不足の調整については、なお従前の例による。
