Supplementary Provisions, Article 9Transitional Measures Concerning Collection of Contributions
第九条（拠出金の徴収に関する経過措置）
With regard to the collection of contributions pertaining to child allowance and the benefit under Article 6, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Former Child Allowance Act for the months of March 2010 or earlier, and to the Child Development Project (meaning the child development project prescribed in Article 29-2 of the Former Child Allowance Act) for fiscal year 2009 or earlier, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
平成二十二年三月以前の月分の児童手当及び旧児童手当法附則第六条第一項の給付並びに平成二十一年度以前の年度の児童育成事業（旧児童手当法第二十九条の二に規定する児童育成事業をいう。）に係る拠出金の徴収については、なお従前の例による。
