Supplementary Provisions, Article 7Delegation to Cabinet Order
第七条（政令への委任）
Beyond as prescribed from Article 2 through the preceding Article of these Supplementary Provisions, necessary transitional measures (including transitional measures for penal provisions) connected with the coming into effect of this Act are provided for by Cabinet Order.
附則第二条から前条までに規定するもののほか、この法律の施行に関し必要な経過措置（罰則に係る経過措置を含む。）は、政令で定める。
