第九条（運用上の配慮）
In applying the provisions of Article 119, paragraph (3) of the Copyright Act (limited to the part concerned with item (i)), due consideration must be given so as not to unreasonably restrict the collection of information using the internet and other acts undertaken using the internet.
著作権法第百十九条第三項（第一号に係る部分に限る。）の規定の運用に当たっては、インターネットによる情報の収集その他のインターネットを利用して行う行為が不当に制限されることのないよう配慮しなければならない。
