第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on the date fixed by Cabinet Order within three months from the date of its promulgation, and applies from the authorized textbooks, etc. and specified textbooks, etc. used in 2009.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して三月を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行し、平成二十一年度において使用される検定教科用図書等及び教科用特定図書等から適用する。
