第二十一条（砂糖消費税の特例に関する経過規定）
With regard to sugar excise tax that was imposed, or that should have been imposed, before the enforcement of this Act, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この法律の施行前に課した、又は課すべきであつた砂糖消費税については、なお従前の例による。
