Supplementary Provisions, Article 4Transitional Measures Concerning the Amount Added upon Deferment of Payment of the Employees' Old-Age Pension
第四条（老齢厚生年金の支給の繰下げの際に加算する額に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 3-5-2 of the Order for Enforcement of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 5 apply to a person for whom five years have not elapsed, counting from the day on which the person acquired the right to receive the employees' old-age pension, on the day before the Effective Date.
第五条の規定による改正後の厚生年金保険法施行令第三条の五の二の規定は、施行日の前日において、老齢厚生年金の受給権を取得した日から起算して五年を経過していない者について適用する。
