This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the date of enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the Child Allowance Act, etc. Accompanying the Reorganization and Rationalization of National Subsidies, etc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Partial Amendment Act") (April 1, 2006).
この政令は、国の補助金等の整理及び合理化等に伴う児童手当法等の一部を改正する法律（以下「一部改正法」という。）の施行の日（平成十八年四月一日）から施行する。
