This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the date of enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the National Health Insurance Act, etc. Accompanying the Reorganization and Rationalization of National Subsidies, etc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Partial Amendment Act") (April 1, 2005).
この政令は、国の補助金等の整理及び合理化等に伴う国民健康保険法等の一部を改正する法律（以下「一部改正法」という。）の施行の日（平成十七年四月一日）から施行する。
