Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures concerning the Calculation of Contributions under Article 18, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act
第二条（厚生年金保険法附則第十八条第一項の規定による拠出金の算定に関する経過措置）
With respect to the calculation of contributions prescribed in Article 18, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act for fiscal year 2001 or earlier under the Order for Enforcement of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act prior to the amendment by the provisions of Article 1, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
第一条の規定による改正前の厚生年金保険法施行令による平成十三年度以前の厚生年金保険法附則第十八条第一項に規定する拠出金の算定については、なお従前の例による。
