Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the date of promulgation, the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 as amended by this Cabinet Order apply from June 1, 1965, and the provisions of Article 14 of the Order for Enforcement of the Act on the Management, etc. of National Claims (Cabinet Order No. 337 of 1956) as amended by the provisions of the following Article apply to claims relating to premiums of employees' pension insurance and Mariners Insurance for August of that year and after.
この政令は、公布の日から施行し、この政令による改正後の第九条及び第十条の規定は、昭和四十年六月一日から適用し、次条の規定による改正後の国の債権の管理等に関する法律施行令（昭和三十一年政令第三百三十七号）第十四条の規定は、同年八月分以降の厚生年金保険及び船員保険の保険料に係る債権について適用する。
