Supplementary Provisions, Article 1
第一条（施行期日）

この法律は、公布の日から起算して一年を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。

第二条（旧法の規定に基づく申請等に関する経過措置）

改正前の旅券法（以下「旧法」という。）の規定に基づいてされた旅券に関する申請若しくは請求又は渡航書に関する申請（以下この条において「旧法による旅券等の申請等」という。）及び旧法による旅券等の申請等に係る処分については、なお従前の例による。

旅券法の一部を改正する法律（平成元年法律第二十三号）附則第二条後段の一般旅券（以下「一往復用一般旅券」という。）の渡航先の追加については、なお従前の例による。

前項の規定により旅券の発給の申請があった場合における紛失し、又は焼失した旅券の効力については、新法第十八条第一項第五号中「渡航書」とあるのは、「旅券又は渡航書」とする。
